The vision of Holowis Health is to revolutionize engagement and placement of healthcare professionals to maximize the utilization of their services. Our proprietary methodology of sourcing combines strategic recruitment with industrial-organizational psychology to locate the most outstanding candidates. We developed this technique seeking to provide the most appropriate professional adaptable to our clients’ human resource needs and their organization’s cultural standards. By utilizing this practice, we can consistently achieve our goal of providing the BEST STAFF to deliver the BEST CARE…our mantra.
The guiding principles of our vision is deeply rooting in our name. Our name comes from what we stand for, believe in and how we make decisions. The first half, “holo,” comes from the philosophic approach of our founder. He resolutely believes patients should always receive the best care from a HOLISTIC perspective, thereby leading to the best opportunity to maintain or restore their health. We fulfill this by finding healthcare professionals with an unrelenting desire to deliver selfless, unrivaled care. The second half, “wis,” comes from the ideology of always making WISE decisions for the business to provide our staff the best incentives to work with us. Being conscientious in this way, we’ve built a highly effective and productive culture with the best staff.

As we have moved forward with our idea, there has inevitably been an expansion of what Holowis Health is becoming. We have expanded our vision to include transforming the way mental health services are delivered.
Our Story
The initial vision behind Holowis Health initially began as the idea of our founder, Patrick, to create a healthcare staffing company focused on serving our nation’s veterans’ needs by helping the Department of Veterans Affairs source and employ the best healthcare providers for it’s vast network of facilities. As a service-disabled veteran who received care at VA hospitals, Patrick understands firsthand the need for the best physicians, nurses and allied healthcare professionals to provide that care. After more than a year of incubation, research, participating in thinktanks and gaining the support of industry leading staffing companies, Holowis Health was chartered.
Our humble beginnings began in a city north of Dallas, Texas in the booming city of Frisco. We are currently expanding and plan to officially open our second regional office!
Executive Leadership
Patrick W. Hill, MBA, MS
Founder & CEO
Patrick is an accomplished management executive and veteran with more than 15 years of experience in strategic management and business consulting. He has earned multiple degrees including a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
In addition to his executive duties at Holowis Health, Patrick represents the 24th US Congressional District in the State of Texas for the National Small Business Association (NSBA) in Washington, DC. At the NSBA, he is a member of the Leadership Council, which advises the executive board and serves on both the Economic Development and Health & Human Resources Issue Committees. Patrick is also an active member of other distinguished organizations to include the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL), the National Association of Managed Care Physicians (NAMCP) and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
Patrick has a wealth of expertise in management, with particular strengths in areas such as process standardization, transition implementation & planning, organizational change consulting, as well as healthcare human resource talent acquisition and management. With an abundance of experience directing ventures and managing large-scale initiatives across multiple industries, Patrick provides Holowis Health with a substantial degree of executive knowledge and leadership as its Chief Executive Officer.
